Unhappy 2010 Bluetooth/Handsfree issue

Hello - I have a 2010 Galant that has hands free Bluetooth, but for some strange reason it started acting weird one day. I've had the same phone connected to it for several years without a problem. I was driving one day and there was a brief pause in my radio as if I was about to receive/make a call. I glanced down at my navigation screen and "Phone" displayed along with the word "Audio"(top left), but my phone's Bluetooth was not turned on at the time. I turned my phone Bluetooth on and unpaired it from my car. I tried to re-pair the two, but the car is not responding to the phone icon button or the speech button when pushed to allow me to pair the devices again. Nothing happens. So now every 3-4 minutes driving down the road, the radio will get interrupted by the brief pause from the hands free system (displaying "Phone" on my Navigation screen) even though nothing is trying to connect to it. Is there a fuse that I can check or module that I need to change? Is there a way to reset the hands free Bluetooth system?
