As the title says, my drivers door will not open from the outside. Door was frozen shut, I pulled on the handle and after that it hasn't opened from the outside. From what I can see (haven't figured out the correct way to completely remove door panel) everything is still hooked up in the linkage. It is hooked up to the door handle, and the rod going down to the latch is still in place. Any thoughts? Thanks
