Broken door handle

Default Broken door handle
I have a '95 Galant and the drive's door handle latch just recently broke. Is this something I can repair on my own? I can open the door from the inside, but when I lift up on the handle from the outside, the door won't open.

Appreciate any help anyone can offer.
