You don't have a fan belt because you have an eletric fan.
It helps to list your car when asking questions. I researched your other post to find out that you have a '96 Galant with a 2.4L engine and Auto tranny.
You have a timing belt and balancer belt in the engine(should be changed every 60K). Then you have a power steering belt, A/C belt, and alternator belt.
