New to the forum and to Mitsubishi's.

I just bought a 2002 Galant w 170,000 miles and seems to have been cared for quite well. A couple questions.

If I am running the A/C and with the recirculate button on and shut off the car, I have to press the recirculate button again after I start the car. I am I missing something or what the heck? Anyway to keep this from happening?

Same issue with the fog lights. I saw a "fix" somewhere for a $6.00 ebay fix but I don't rememberwhere. Anyone know what I am talking about and/or used this?
