that really isnt much of a question.... the 4 cyl can handl more boost then the V6 essencially they will make nearly the same power because the difference in the boost you can run. I have seen on average the V6 with stock bottom end make 320ish WHP at 8 PSI and the 4cyl make 300WHP at like 10-12PSI. I think the V6 would be faster since the TQ can carry it and boost up quicker
