Default Hardwired Radar Detector - Which Wires?

Does anyone know which wires would be the best to use when hardwiring a radar detector into my new Galant? I had one in my last car, in which I simply used an exising fuse which I wrapped the wire around... But if I go that route, I'm not sure which fuse to use either. Any help you can give would be appreciated.

Thanks,

So I went and played with it myself until I found a good fuse to use. Ended up using the cigarette lighter adapter fuse. Once I get a haynes (or something like it) I will use one of the wires, so it dosent us the fuse box. I just think it would look better.

Hope this helps the 3rd 9th Gen Galant that joins LOL

You are going to be neeing a ground for the detector. So from the dash there is going to be the (+) and (-) wires, but internally in the dash there may only be one running to the (+).
