Horn, Cruise Control, and SRS not working
Hi there, new to the fourm 
Anyway... I got a 99 Mitsu. Galant and suddenly, the horn is dead, the cruise control is dead, and the 'SRS' light is always on. I checked all the fuses and all are good! I'm thinking it must be a bad ground somewhere in the steering column?
Anyone see this problem before?
