Default Knock after timing belt replacement

I have a 1990 galant 2.0 Liter SOHC. I replaced both A and B timing belts, tensioners, water pump, front motor mount and valve cover gasket. I lined up all the timing marks andchecked that the silent shaft was in the correct position. The car started and ran fine with no vibrations. However, I now havewhat seems to sound like a valve knock. Did I miss something or was there something else that I should have done? I am stumped.

Does it seem to have the same power? Is your distibutor marks on the same Marks as they where before? Might have jumped a tooth oryour motor is pinging.
