My 03 seat belt has just about had it. It's dirty now and it just doesnt really retract like it used to. Dealer said it's now obsolete so they have to try and get one from another dealer. Any way I can tighten the retractor?

 

You can't service seal belt assemblies due to DOT regulations. You will have to find a working on in a salvage yard unfortunately.

You should be able to order it, it just takes the dealer more time to order a seat belt and it is very expensive brand new.
