Removing Center Speaker 2001 Galant

Removing Center Speaker 2001 Galant
Hi everyone,
My center speaker (on the dash) is blown on my 2001 Galant. I popped the speaker cover off and the speaker looks like it can only be removed from below, and I'm totally unfamiliar with those setups. Do you have to remove the dash or something to get the speaker replaced?
