Stupid question of the year! Have inherited 1994 Galant which has twin headlamps and need to know if the inner headlamps should only come on with full undipped beam which is what happens at moment. All other electrics ok, car well maintained, straight through recent mot, no other problems. Circumstance of getting car means no-one to ask and have not had car with twin headlights before. Doh!
