2001 mitsubishi galant 2.4 L automatic

We had p0441 error code so was checking under the hood...

I saw a vacuum pump has a port which was not connected to any thing....there was a hose coming from a part on throttle body ....this part is round shaped like diapharm and bronze in color with 4 screws...this hose was just loose ...do you know if this hose goes to that open port on vacuum pump?
can you please post picture or diagram ...or tell me name of that part on throttle body...just besides throttle position sensor...

also make sure that this part connects to vacuum pump through hose
