Warning lights??

Warning lights??
Yesterday two lights came on my dash and it seamed to happen after I went over a big bump. The two that came up are "ANTILOCK" and "TCL OFF" I have tried to turn it off but it will not. Today it went quite a while before they came on again. It was when I was going down a hill and my breaks felt funny, kind of shuttered. Can anyone tell me if this is something major and if it is something that I could fix without having to take it in like the book says? Any help will be greatly appriciated.
