Hi, I was informed that one of my struts needs to be replaced and that both should be replaced at the same time. Any truth to this and how urgent is such replacement? Right now the front right tire feels a little "loose" over bumps but otherwise car drives great. And does $400 for the job sound as high as it seems?

Also, my wipers no longer operate at the "fast" setting. Nothing happens. Suppose a switch needs to be replaced or...?
