Hi. I helped a buddy change his distributor the other day (which was definitely bad), but he continues to have an issue wherein the car won't start until the radiator fan kicks on. I can't hear the fuel pump kick on prior to that either.

Any suggestions on what to check? This one appears to be beyond my DIY knowledge level, so I'm pretty clueless at this point.

electrics. Grounding issue most likely. Start with keybarrel contacts. Get a multimeter on the fuse box and make sure voltage is in the right places when key is on.
