Recently fixed the leak in my high pressure line, filled up with 134a right under capacity. For the first week or so, all good. Super cold AC, no problems.

After a while though, a moderately rapid "tick,tick,tick,tick," started coming from the center of the dash.

This ONLY happens when the AC is turned ALL the way to the lowest blue "cold" bar on the AC dial. This wouldn't be a huge deal, but I live in FLORIDA, and summer is nearly here. That extra blue bar is gonna make a BIG difference!

I would love some concrete solutions or solid answers for what to do, before I start ripping the dash apart or pulling engine parts out. Anyone with experience with fixing this problem will be GREATLY appreciated!!!
