Hi my wife's car has working flashers but no blinkers, her low beams work but her high beams do not, her wipers only work with two speeds of on and off, and her wiper fluid reservoir is full but does not emit any fluid. All these problems happened at the same time. The controls for these functions are on both the left and right column switches so I do not believe that is the problem. I checked ALL of the fuses so please do not tell me that is the problem. I am a mechanic and I have many friends who are mechanics and we are all stumped on the problem. Any advice would help.
