04 Lancer Sportback: Sub-optimal noises.
Hello all!
I have an 04 Lancer Sportback(58k on the ticker) and I've noticed various noises that bother me so.. The most obvious ones are in the rear.... First off, the rear suspension makes an awful low pitched squeaking type noise. I can reproduce it by pushing down on the passenger side rear bumper with considerable force. I took it to the dealer I bought it from and they stated that they lubed it. The noise subsided for a week or so (wasn't as obvious) but then it rained quite a bit and the noise was back to it's previous volume. I had read somewhere to get a grease gun and lube up the rear with white lithium grease and that this was a somewhat of common issue. If that's what needs to be done, which parts do I need to apply the magic white stuff to?
Another obnoxious noise is brake squeel/whining when *not* applying pressure to the brakes. Whats up with that?! I check the pads and rotors, all are within normal operating parameters from what I can tell. I applied brake parts cleaner to all four with no success. Should I get a specific type of pad?
One more thing I noticed is in the engine compartment there seems to be what can be best described as a light chatter, plastic on plastic. Any ideas?
Thanks in advance for all your support!

You need new rear lower control arms in the rear happened to me
and you will also need rear stabilizer bar linkage they snap off when you change the rear control arms .. if your car is under warranty thats probably why the dealer didnt want to service it the proper way they lose money
