2003 lancer heater knob,and unit?

2003 lancer heater ****,and unit?
A waitress friend needs the unit,has three *****.Electrical behind are fine.She said the front plate comes off and the unit is accessed from under and back.Any info on getting this part.Central California location....thanks,Dave
