Question 2003 Lancer OZ Rally 2.0 left coil plug problem

Hello, newcomer here. Its been 1 year ago that my timing belt broke and bent my valves. I finally got it off and had new valves and guides put in, looks great. Got it all back together nicely and confident with timing. I have new crank and cam sensors. My problem started with no spark, Tore down the whole loom and traced wires back to the pcm, while I was testing the voltage of the wires that lead from pcm to ignition coils it fired up right away. So I'm assuming the wiring was just a little loose from last time i took the board out to examine it. Now it will start but I'm back to only the right side plug sending fire for plugs 1 & 4, and only that side, i have old set and new set of coil packs to test. The weird thing is on the 3 prong voltage test of the left pack it is sending th 5-6 volt and 12 volt, but the one that is working is only sending the 12 volt. I'm not very good at wiring or readings. My ODB is not giving codes anymore, was only the cranksensor before. Any leads in the right direction would be helpful, let me know if I left out anything important, thank you in advance.

hmm i guess i need a new ECM possibly, its sending to much voltage to coils 2 & 3 and burning out the coil pack making it extremely hot
I found that since I have a flat metal key I don't have an immobilizer meaning I dont need to program a new one, but if anyone could help answer if I for sure have to match the same exact number?

the ECM part number is MR578519
