well im working on a 2003 mitibushi lancer...and im having trouble with some headlight problems!!!

whenever we turn on the headlights, they flicker and one comes on and one shuts off

To me it seems there may be a short or something?

HELP ME PLEASE!!!!

re-Wiringor you change the wrong bulbs. parklight,breaklight etc etc.

Did you replace the bulbs?
Yes, if you replace the bulbs with higher watt/voltage. you need the relay.
