Hello,
I have a 2004 Lancer Ralliart, 166k miles. I got through highschool and College through this car. I got a new car so I want to turn this car into a fun car I can zoom around. I finally have some time to wrench and I wanna practce on this car. I trying make the car bit faster and more fun to drive. I cannot find a forum or anything that gives suggestion to upgrade performance wise that isnt forced induction. I dont want to turbo it because I want to buy 370z later so saving up for that. for the time being, I want to freshen up my gal. Here is what I have so far that I am going to do.

Tein coilovers
enkei wheels
duraflex trackstar front bumper (got it from FB marketplace)

Things I want to get revamped:
Headlights
taillights
instrument cluster (digital prefered, just want cluster to feel newer)

I am just getting into cars so I am not well versed on performance modifications.
What are some parts I can swap out (bolt on) that owuld give me a little boost. from googling I have done I think these things need updated, could you guys reccomend some (cheaper price point please):
Exhaust
headers? (I have gotten conflicted opinions here)
intake (which is the best for price point)
tune (idek where to start on this one, best I found of RRM piggyback tuner chip thing)

If youa re going to say buy a EVO, don't. This is my first car and I want to make it neat so i can go to carshows in it. I have no intention of selling it. i just want to make the care look neat and have fun while driving in it.
