2008 Lancer GTS tires

I dont know if its just the way i went about looking for them, (friend owns a shop and knew a guy, etc) but are the Dunlop 5000 215/45 r18 89v tires hard to come by?

Dunlop tires sucks. They usually make Tennis ***** and Rackets but tires forget it.
buy Goodyear or Bridgestone
