Default cat on stock exhaust

Yeah i no i posted this somwere else but i never got feed back i have a axle back exhaust on myozand was wondering if i bolted on a hi flow cat to my stock exhaust would it flow better or would i be wasting my time your help and oppinion is appreciated thanks

Wasting your time! High flow cats only give you a max of 1hp... and after a while im sure that goes back to zero.
