I dont know if its because i'm Canadian or something, but I am not dumb. Of course I know there are things that will go wrong, nothing is perfect. But buying a car that has problems the first few days is not impressive. I have owned many NEW cars and yes, there are bugs here and there but it does not occur during the first 5 days. You might say yeah buy a FORD, but I choose to buy a Mitsu becasue I thought it was a nice car and should be reliable but I was wrong. As for BMW, Mercedes, Hondas, my family has purchased those too and they do have bugs but NOT the first week. You might say this is a BS , but whatever, I think if you buy a new car and there are so many problems, you would not be happy. Hey maybe everyone else has no problems but the one I got definately have problems. I mean I like the car, but I was not expecting to fix 3 things in the first week.

 

lol whats up with saying all the canadian jokes. im korean and i get enough lol. But ya we dont think you are BSing because my sisters BMW that I mentioned had problems when she first drove off the lot. It just happens and as long as you have warrenty the problems are fine. I know that you are stressed because you have to keep taking it in the shop and you dont have a car, but it happens. I didnt know you lived in Canada so I dont know if you guys have the "Lemon Law." I dont call those reliability issues. I call that factory defects.

When you have a problem with the engine or trans, then thats considered reliability

Although everything on the car is under warrenty. I do not consider the A/C or the radio something that falls under the reliability catagory. Purely factory defect

In my mind, motor and trans problems are in the 'reliability' catagory.
