Default Engine swap over help

Hey guys. New guy here. sorry if this has been covered before could not find it anywhere.

I have a 1996 1.5 L 2 door lancer GL with a worn out engine. did a compression test on it today. if anyone has when the compression should be that would be great.
Mine is 150 on cylinders 1,2 and 3 and on cylinder 4 it's down to 70.
now the engine has done 357,000k's not not suprising but the car has sentimental value and i dont want to replace it.
so will be looking for a second hand engine for it. but was wondering if anyone has tried putting a 1.8 liter into it? if so does it need anything else to do this?

I'm thinking computer if they are different.
but does exhaust match up? engine mounts are they the same?
will the current gearbox match up to the 1.8 engine?

s the intake all the same?
air flow meter if the computer is changed does this also need to be changed? i have checked into part numbers and they are different part numbers but would they work the same?

Sorry if asking to many questions and if this has been covered before can someone show me a link?

thanks Guys
