Default evo into a lancer es

Hey Iam kinda new to mitsubishi cars, i recently bought a 05 lancer es and was thinkingabout eventually putting and awd evo engine in it, but Im not sure ifI can do that. so my question is can I put a awd evo engine into a 05 lancer es, without any major major fabrication and such?

its possible but not smart...way to much time, money and effort...it will most likely end up costing more then an evo itsself...so just buy a used evo 8 or boost your current lancer.

technically you could do that, but they are all right it would cost way more money than and actual evo. Another thing is it would be way to much work because u would have to convert certain parts and most of all you would have to change the drive shaft so that it would be AWD and that would be a pain in the a$$. Hope i helped.
