Urgent Fog Light help

So i have HID lights & recently my fog lights went out. I bought new one & its still not working. I checked this fuses under the hood & under the steering wheel they are all good. I have a 2010 Mitsubishi Lancer DE base model. How do i get them to work?

what bulb size is that in HID ? it may be the ballast did you try switching the bulbs from left to right or are they both not working
