Default headlight help

hi i'm wanting to buy a set of phillips 100/90 watt bulb for my 2004 lancer es my question is when i buy the 100/90 watt bulb will my stock wiring harness run the bulbs at the 100/90 wattage or will it reduce it to the 55/65 wattage if they will reduce them what can i buy to get the benefit of the phillips bulbs please help asap

Your wiring can't magically reduce the wattage of the bulbs. What will happen though, is your wiring will overheat and melt, possible starting a fire that will burn your vehicle to the ground. If you increase the wattage of the bulbs, you are also going to have to increase the size of the wires for the headlight circuit.
