I have a 1995 Montero SR and have a couple recent issues.My seatbelt light stays on at all times (when ignition is on)and my chime when i turn off the ignition and leave headlights on headlights stopped working. I have checked all the fuses and replaced the blown ACC fuse but it still doesnt work. The rest of the electrical works fine. Could it be the Relay ? Any help would be greatly appriciated.

 

I figured it out. After replacing a blown ACC Fuse i disconnected the negative battery cable for about 1 minute and that cleared the errors and reset all the lights and chimes.
