Default Help Building up my Ride

Hi
I have a 2006 Lancer with a 2.0L 4G94 engine, It is bone stock and i want to build it up to be a good competitive drag car without compromising on my daily ride as thats what she is. Can someone please help me STEP BY STEP with what i should do? I definately DONT want to change the engine. I want to definately have a turbo. This project is called Project Cedia (as thats what the lancer is called here in India). I will post pictures as i go along but first i need to start. So please send in your suggestions along with where to buy the parts suggested.
Cheers!!!

buy a new car. that car will never be competitive without spending a craptacular amount of money into it and even then it won't be streetable.

SRIor CAI and acat back exhaust are all you need for a Daily Driver.
Putting a little more is not worth it because You are not racing your car on the tracks. Street racing don't dare it kills people especially the driver
