The only recall I know on the Lancer 08 is the rubber mesh that has to replace in the 2 rear windows. the door open when the car hits at 40 mph I think but they already solved that problem on the 09.

 

I bought mine about 6 months ago, brand new and not there's rattling everywhere inside the car don't know where it's coming from, very annoying. Sometimes it does sometimes it doesn't . Do you guys think I can get a warranty on these before I call the dealer? But it will be hard to prove
