Hey, I'm new to this forum and I need some help. My lancer 02 rally edition-stick shift is spitting a code saying the idle is too low. I recently checked the hoses and there are no leaks what more can I do to eliminate the situation

 

The throttle body (TB) could be full of carbon. Give that a check and see.
