Hi Im new to the forums and im in a lil need of help, I own a 2006 Mitsubishi lancer ralliart 5 speed and for some reason the engine wont turn over. I replaed the battery which it needed and my friend started it then shut it off and the starter froze, so i replaced the starter and now it wont crank, unno if the starter is on too tight or what, only bought the car for 400 dollars as I been wanting a project to work on, heres a video of whats its doing
