Don't wait..The prototype X is going to be so expensive. over $40k when they first drop!! Just get the ES and Drop a old Evo engine in it. you'll save $18,000. everything else is the same.....it's not like your getting a diffenrent looking car!!
I highly doubt mitsu will raise the price of the evo for the X, it'll most likelly go for what the 9 goes now. No matter how much stuff you drop into a car to make it "evo-ish" it will never be one. There are many things on the 10 that are gona make it a trully great car and verry hard to swap into the base lancers, like the SAWD and yaw controls and many other improvements in the drivetrain, plus the chasisis will always be reinforcd with braces andextra spot welds. Although the new Lancer is hot! and is said to be even stiffer than the last gen evo's.
