The right coolant

The right coolant
I just bought a new 2010 Lancer ES. I want to add some coolant because is a little low. I read the manual, it says that a coolant with Ethylene-Glycol is the right one for the car (by the way all brands have that thing: cheap and expensive coolants). I checked the coolant reservoir, and it's green. So, I went to O'reillys asking for the green one, and the man said that one is not compatible with recent cars, and it may be harmful. He said "man, take the car to the dealer before it gets damaged). What do you think?
