Default Should i buy this 02 oz ralley??

Hey guys, looking for some expert opinion here, i love them bishis, and probably might have my hands on one of the oz ralleys soon, pretty pumped, the thing is though, once i buy it, i cant really put alot into it, as my budget is super tight, and i need it to run for a while without giving me any problems, theres this one for sale, 2002, has about 106k on it, the guy says that he changed the timing belt and and water pump, but doesn't have receipts as his brother, who is a mechanic, did it, apart from that there are no problems, clean title, tags.. asking $3.2k for it, but this guy is like 3 hours away so if i go to check it out, if things work out, i should just get it then and there, not much room to contemplate on the offer, so any help would be much appreciated. Im attaching a few pics. Thank you.

Never buy a high mileage vehicle unless you have cash aside to fix it.

Other than that, there's no way to know without being in front of it.

There are no typical failures on these cars that come to mind. They are pretty stout when taken care of. Take a competent mechanic with you and all should be well.
