Hello. I have a 2003 Lancer OZ. I'm looking for the location of the timing belt plastic cover that might indicate when the belt was last changed. How do I access it? If from underneath, would jacking up the front of the car by 6 inches be sufficient?

Also, I've been told it would take 5 hours to change the belt, water pump and the rest. Is this right?
