Can anyone send or tell me where I can get the attachment for the 261UM 1.09 Nav model?? So that passengers can watch dvds while the car is driving. thanks

Here is an extremely long thread which will explain how. Just sift through it and find what's right for you. There's a .iso file you'll need to download which will do the update for you.

megdub, look in

http://www.deltainfo.ro/manuals/mitsu/outlander/

and download the version Outlander Update CD, NR261-UM, Software version Version 1.09, DVD in motion allowed

Then,

1. Unrar the file downloaded
2. Burn ISO file (MMCS-261UM.iso) to CD. On CD would have two files: ALLDATA.KWI and LOADING.KWI
3. Try install patch on your MMCS

Their TECHINICIANS are college graduate and very reliable they will even tell you if you install aftermarket car stereo wrong.

They did to me. they saw my car stereo wirings are wired wrong.

Do not go to side street techinician they will screw up your wirings

Best Buy as a warranty as long you bought the product from them
