Changing Transaxle fluid in 2000 Mitsubishi Mirage

I have the filter and fluids but cant seem to find the drain plug for the transaxle.

Can you tell me where it is?

Go to the bottom of page 42 and follow the directions. Page 43 has a picture of the drain plug location:
