i have hooked up a new cd player in my 2001 mirage and my tail lights quit working bulbs are good and fuses i know for a fact its in the wireing

you blew the fuse when you incorrectly hooked up the dash light lead to something it should be hooked to.
your obviously not looking at the correct fuses.
