Default mirage noise

hey im new at this site and new to the mitsubishi community in general....my problem is this...i got a mirage a few days to a month ago and about an hour ago the drivers side front wheel makes a whizzle sound whenever i press the break and or turn left.....im curious to know if anyone has had this happen before and if anyone knows what the problem may be....the people that i bought the car from said they installed new break pads on the car the day before they gave me the keys to it.....so if anyone out there can help me out, i would greatly appriciate it.....

happy holidays to all

Remove the tire and spin the rotor or the nut that hold the lug nut.
