i regret that my first post is a mechanical problem, but i just bought a 93 mirage s coupe w/ 124k and it runs like a champ, probably the best running car ive had in a while.however when it gets up to operating temp it has sudden loss of power and sputters and misfires really bad. i was told the distributor was new, could they have broken something in the process? or does this sound like something else? anybody else hear of this issue or know what to tackle first?i mean i really like the car and dont really wanna return it if its something dumb. thanks for all the help.

 

My first thought would be spark plugs. And those are relatively cheap. Maybe be worth giving a try
