Default sputter and TPS

got a 98 mirage sedan DE with 80k on it. when i bought it it ran fine for about 2 days then it started to stutter at low rpm'sand the engine light was on. took it back and the code was for cylinder misfire and TPS. they replaced the cap (has new plugs and wires) and that solved it for about a day. my fiance took his cobalt to get some exhaust work done at buckys and they checked my car and adjusted the TPS. now it revs at about 2000rpm at idle and stutters at low rpm when cold. any suggestions on stutters solution and how to adjust the TPS so it idles lower would be greatly appreciated!!!

On the throttle body by where the intake attaches should be a screw head (it is phillips) on my 95. Try screwing in clockwise to lower idle speed.
