Default TP Sensor

I have a 2000 mirage which kept dying at idle. I had my computer read and it came back with the code for the throttle position sensor. I since replaced it and now the car is bucking at low RPM's. Does any one have any suggestions to what the problem may be? Does the sensor have to be adjusted some how?

It shouldn't have to be adjusted, is the check engine light still on?

The engine light is still on. Do I need to reset it? How do I reset it? Disconnect the battery for about 10 min?

Disconnect the battery and drive it around and see if it is any better. If not check it again for codes.
