wipers wont wipe
Hi folks,
I have a 95 mirage with a wiper problem. It all started when my friend tried to wipe snow. Evidently the blades were frozen to the windshield and now i can hwar the wiper motor running but the arms arent moving....any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
