You were not kidding about no compression
I think it's time to pull the heads to see the condition of the valves.

Do more diagnostic tests first. Once you pull heads the dollers will start adding up.

just the same ideas others have suggested before;

Set no 1 piston at TDC and double check crank and both can positions. Poke a camera gown each spark plug hole and view Pistons, valves and cylinders.

After this you should know what the issue is.

It doesn't sound like OP has access to the bore camera. If it was up to me, I'd check timing on all three pulleys and if all checks out (or not) and then pull the heads.

gearbest.com had a bore camera that plugs into a smartphone for I think $18 but it'll probably take a month to get there...I was thinking of buying it... I'm sure it's crap quality but it'd probably serve the purpose... Not sure if the OP wants to wait that long...

I think I've seen them at like Home Depot for around $100-150.

Hey all sorry for not updating. yes it sounded like this even when the plugs were in.

I haven't had time to do anything else with it.

So many other tasks in life im getting really fed up with.
I rented noid lights from auto-zone and hopefully sometime in the near future will be able to use them.
