Default '02 Montero Sport Oxygen Sensor Location

I've got an '02 Montero Sport (3.0L) that is throwing a code for a Bank 2, Sensor 1 oxygen sensor.

I'm trying to replace this myself after being quoted nearly $260 at several local garages for parts and labor. I'm a beginning stages DIY'er and this looks really simple if I can just find the location.

I looked all over the internet and through some of these boards, but I can't find exactly where this sensor is located. I know it's on the driver's side and before the catalytic converter, but a picture would be extremely helpful.

The one on the passenger's side is clearly visible if I look under the hood. Do I need to get under the car to find this one?

Thank you for any help or suggestions.
