03 Popping sound

03 Popping sound

When accelerating from a stand still my 02 Montero Sport makes a popping sound (transmission / transfer case area). It's the same forward or reverse. The U-joints and drive line seem to be OK. Any help is appreciated.

check the trans mount and the motor mounts.
